Bharti Mathur

Founder

Bharti Mathur is the principal and managing partner of Upstate CPAs. She has over 20 years of experience serving a diverse clientele of family-owned businesses, commercial entities, non-profit organizations and individuals in the areas of strategic business planning, Tax Planning, Preparation and Compliance, financial accounting, consulting as well as audit and attestation services.

Her experience includes managing client relationships and assisting businesses improve their efficiency and profitability through hands on consulting. Along with being an excellent accountant and business growth advisor, Bharti is friendly and easy to work with. Bharti serves on the boards of several non-profits, and is a continuing volunteer for different community causes.

Dev Vaz, MD, FACC

Dr. Vaz earned his medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Vaz completed a clinical fellowship in cardiac imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital, and a cardiology fellowship at the Krannert Institute of Cardiology at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is board-certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Nuclear Cardiology, and Internal Medicine, and his special interests include heart failure, preventive cardiology, and cardiac imaging. He and his wife, Amy, are passionate about helping those in need and are active in many social issues facing our community.
